In 2020, Elayne took a chance on a dream—to combine her love for serving others and making yummy coffee.

What started out as a little secret pop up at her house, with friends and family picking up coffee and pastries from her doorstep: Bulosan Coffee was born.

Today, we are a coffee cart serving Buko Pandan Lattes and Burnt Almond Lattes at a farmers market on the outskirts of downtown San Jose. But the market is more than where we serve coffee. It is where our story lives.

It’s where we get to know our regulars, meet new faces, share in life’s little moments, and become part of the rhythm of our community. We believe there is something special about gathering around a cup of coffee—something that turns a simple drink into a shared experience.

Bulosan Coffee exists to bring people together—to create a place where everyone, from all walks of life, can gather over a cup of whatever they fancy.

Our dream is to one day open a coffee shop that we can all call home. A place built with the same heart that has carried us from market to market: welcoming, intentional, and deeply rooted in community.
